In your Defense!

Not to many are taught that they can in fact “live” the life that is standard issue. What do I mean by that, well my loves everyone here in time on earth has one “Standard Issue”. The beautiful thing about that is no one and I mean no one has the right to live yours and theirs too. So, when you fall subject to the “they” in your life you in fact are giving them a extra life to live “YOURS”. Let me guess where your lovely head went was it something like “I don’t want to let anyone down.”, “What am I supposed to just do what only makes me happy?”, “Isn’t it my responsibility to take care of others?” etc… In taking care of “the one” you are taking care of all. You are a amazing person you at your healthiest will in fact not abandon those you depend on you. However, if you are living/giving from lack you are in fact doing just that. Why do you believe that in order for those around you to have peace & love that you have to suffer? I would dare say this more of women issue than a man not saying that men don’t have a version of this issue. Women somehow think it is actual “selfish” to take the highest care of themselves. NO, I am not talking about around damn pedicure. Your mental/soul health is the hardest, yet the most rewarding process that one can go through. Love is a action word that your deserve and need to be a part of in your on life. Treat yourself like you treat the ones you love. Because in your defense you can have it all but, you have to give it to yourself.
